Kelly was born in Tirana, Albania (1971). She graduated from the Faculty of Architecture and Urbanism Department of the Polytechnic University of Tirana (1999).
Since then she has worked as designer in a variety of civil engineer projects concerned with the design of a number of big projects industrial steel buildings, bridges, special structures, repair and strengthening of existing concrete and masonry buildings etc
Kelly Bezani joined Lithos Consulting Engineers in 2000.
